In addition to the WHOLE BAKERY BEING GLUTEN FREE & SUGAR FREE................we are also
low in carbohydrates (great for diabetics), Grain Free, Wheat Free, Oat Free, Soy Free, Corn Free, and Yeast Free! We are very mindful in regards to allergies, so we have a dedicated Tree-Nut Free Oven. Our food coloring is allergen safe, gluten free, and vegan, We also have tons of DAIRY FREE AND VEGAN goodies too!

Unfortunately due to a long battle with Jefferson Parish over permitting issues (signage and building code), we were forced to close our flagship store in Old Metairie. In the interim, we will be taking special and custom orders. All orders will either be picked up at a designated location or delivered. We can't thank you enough for your continued support and love because we know and understand how important we are to our community and the world, We have met so many people from across the pond, from Australia to New Zealand, UK to Germany, France to Greece, Canada to all over the United States. We feel so honored to have offered and will continue to offer healthy and delicious options for those who can't just eat whatever they want at a normal bakery. Please keep us in your prayers for the next location and step for the bakery. We know that bigger and better opportunities are just around the corner. We have to trust in God's plan and be patient.

Please note that we are a family run bakery and sometimes we will need to adjust our hours to accommodate our family's needs. Please check our social media accounts for updates or call the bakery directly.
We bake fresh daily, from savory breads like French Bread and Focaccia, to breakfast pastries like strudels, cinnamon rolls, stuffed croissants, muffins, scones, danishes, bagels and more! Our lunch goodies change seasonally so please call for more details.

***All products contain either Almond Flour and/or Coconut Flour. Products that are Coconut flour only, are marked, but when you come visit us, we can help guide you on those options.

It all started with my mother, who got sick and as a family, we decided to start this health journey (from the suggestion of my sister).
What you put in your body matters. You can heal yourself from the inside out. Sadly, it was too late for my mother, but she gave me the gift of a new life, the gift of cooking and baking, the love of helping people the love of health, and the love of healing.
To my amazing mother who gave me this incredible new life, who was my champion, my cheerleader, my best friend, my everything. Her love for healing, food and health now lives on in me, with every bread, cake and pastry I create for our community and beyond. She is now my guardian angel looking down on me, I miss you everyday momma.
