You can heal yourself from the inside out. It was too late for my mother, but she gave me the gift of cooking and baking, the love of helping people and now the love of health. To my amazing mother who was my champion, my cheerleader, my best friend, my everything. Her love for food and health now lives on in me, with every bread, cake and pastry I create to help others. You are now my guardian angel looking down on me, I miss you everyday.
