Baking Instructions :
KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO BAKE! DO NOT DEFROST! 
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Take sandwich from freezer and place on a parchment lined baking pan. Bake for 28 min until golden brown! If not golden brown, bake for 4 more minutes. DO NOT OVERBAKE! 
Will be hot! Cool for a few minutes until cool enough to handle and enjoy your healthy high protein gluten free low carb breakfast!
