We are so excited to offer a pre-order menu (will change weekly and/or seasonally) !
We know that you have been loving all of our savory food goodies but are disappointed when we sell out (but wow such a blessing!). 
 
This way, you can PRE-ORDER for the next day and pick up between 11:30am - 3:00pm! 
(We are closed on Sundays and Mondays; 
PLEASE INDICATE WHAT DAY YOU WOULD LIKE TO PICK UP OR HAVE IT DELIVERED!  
 
*****ORDERS MUST BE PLACED AND PAID FOR, BY 3PM THE DAY BEFORE PICK UP.
 (We still perform deliveries every Thursday and Saturday mornings. There is a $40 minimum (Southshore) + $10 delivery fee and $50 minimum (Northshore) + $15 delivery fee.)

Sandwiches:
(Our sandwich bread is always dairy free! Hatch Pepper Buns can be made dairy free, but must be requested and a small fee associated with the change)

Chicken Salad: 
Our Chicken salad made with Avacado Mayo, our freshly baked sandwich bread, greens, a slice of tomato and topped with our in house seasoned sweet and spicy pickles! (Also available by the pint; our sandwich bread is also available for purchase!)
Buffalo Salad : 
Our Chicken Salad kicked up a bit with cajun spices (ahem.....we are in NOLA), buffalo sauce, peppers, celery, our Hatch Pepper Bread Buns, a sprinkle of Blue Cheese, topped with spicy pepperjack cheese and peppery arugula! (Also available by the pint; our hatch pepper buns are also available for purchase!)
Tuna Salad:
Our Tuna Salad with fresh dill, a bit of spice, fresh dill relish, our freshly baked sandwich bread, greens, a slice of tomato and topped with our in house seasoned sweet and spicy pickles! (Also available by the pint; our sandwich bread is also available for purchase!)

Since the St Patrick's Day Parade got rescheduled to this Sunday, April 7th, we decided to make a special RUBEN style Sandwich! 
Ruben Sandwich:
Layers of Roast Beef on our Hatch Pepper Bread Buns (no rye here), topped with our cabbage slaw, pepperjack cheese, and our own version of Russian Dressing, and topped with our Sweet & Spicy Pickles!
 
OUR FAMOUS STROMBOLI
Its hard to believe that our Stromboli is healthy and delicious! We have the traditional Stromboli but added more adventurous flavors for a change of pace!(Our stromboli can be made DAIRY FREE, but, it must be ordered 2-days in advance)
FAMOUS STROMBOLI:
Layers of 5-6 meats in between our mix of cheeses, herbs and spices stuffed in our savory dough, braided and baked to perfection. 
Muffaletta: 
Layers of the traditional meats and cheeses and then topped with our own olive salad and stuffed in our savory dough, braided and baked to perfection. 
Cuban: 
We slow roast a pork butt with spices and a little citrus over 10 hours. We take this shredded meat and layer it with ham and mortadella and top with our blend of cheeses, herbs and spices, and top it off with thinly sliced dill pickles and yellow mustard, stuffed in our savory dough, braided and baked to perfection. 
Broccoli Pesto and Smoked Gouda: 
We make pesto out of roasted broccoli, garlic, and toasted pecans and then top it with smoked gouda, stuffed in our savory dough, braided and baked to perfection.

Crawfish:
A blend of crawfish, cream, cheeses, herbs and spices and a little trinity,  stuffed in our savory dough, braided and baked to perfection. 
 
KOLACHE: 
Traditional:
Our savory dough stuffed with a blend of cheeses, herbs and spices, hatch peppers, and an all beef smoked sausage. 
Ham & Cheese:
Our savory dough stuffed with ham and chedder cheese.
 
SEASONAL:
Our stuffed sandwiches are seasonal so please call to inquire.
Croque Monsieur: 
We stuff Gruyere Cheese, Black Pepper and Baked Ham in a savory dough and top it with sesame seeds and more black pepper. 
Pepperoni Pepperjack: 
Just as it sounds! We stuff layers of pepperjack  cheese, and pepperoni in a savory dough and topped with red pepper flakes for an added kick!
Sausage & Cheese: 
We stuff a savory dough with our own breakfast sausage blend and a blend of cheeses. 
Just Cheese: 
We stuff a savory dough with just our blend of cheeses.
