Almond and coconut flours, eggs, cream, psyllium husks, cinnamon, erythritol, swerve confectionery, Baking powder, orange, lemon, pink Himalayan salt.  (Unless vegan, dairy free or coconut flour only) 
Almond and coconut flours can be interchanged but not substituted for any other flour.
