!! SHIPPING POLICY!!PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING! Shipping process during Carnival can take up to 10-14 days to process the order. You will receive an email and text message with tracking information once your order ships. Please make sure all email, shipping address, and cell phone numbers are correct and please make sure your schedule allows for the shipping time range. WE DO NOT SUBMIT AN EMAIL STATING YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED if order is shipped. We do not have the capabilities to submit that information and it is up to the customer to track their shipment once it has been shipped. As stated, we will only contact you with the shipping/tracking information or if there is a problem or delay with the order. We will not contact the customer to verify that its "ok" to ship the order or if it works with their schedule. If you plan to go out of town, or will not be able to get your order once the carrier has delivered it, do not place the order. Customers ship at their own risk. We are not responsible for the carrier and their handling of the shipment. We only use 2-day shipping to provide ample time for the king cake to be shipped without the need for ice packs (shipping is based on weight). IF YOU WOULD LIKE ICE PACKS PLEASE CONTACT US. There will be an added charge for ice packs.
OVERNIGHT SHIPPING: Overnight shipping can be offered but the cost would have to be quoted, so please contact us directly to provide that cost.

Ingredients for the king cakes:
Almond and coconut flours, eggs, cream, cinnamon, erythritol, monk fruit, our own blend of erythritol/monk fruit/allulose confectionery, citrus, baking powder, pink Himalayan salt. (Unless vegan, dairy free or coconut flour only). Almond and coconut flours can be interchanged but we will not substituted with any other flour.
Mixed sets come with samples of all 4 flavors. NO SUBSTITUTES. Only Traditional, Cream Cheese, Praline and Cream, and Samoa.

Please indicate which pick up location on order. You have up to 2 days to pick up your order. If you did not pick up your order within those two days, you order will be returned to the bakery storefront. You will then have up to 7 days to pick up your order from the storefront. No rebaking. All sales final. No exchanges.
