Petit Fours are the perfect way to try our cake flavors all at once! Or just a special treat to yourself! All come as sets of 6. There is a variety pack available. Please include in the comment section the flavors you would like or we will choose for you. If you require more than 6 pieces, please contact us directly at 504-442-5435.
 
Our petit fours are much larger than normal (approximately 2"x2"). Glazed petit fours will be indicated, otherwise they are decorated with buttercream. Specialty petit fours are 4-7 layers of cake with buttercreams or compotes in between. Please allow 3-4 days to prepare specialty petit fours. 
 
Flavors: 
Choose one flavor, two flavors, four flavors or six flavors, Any flavor not chosen, we will choose for you. Wedding Cake (glazed), Strawberry Shortcake, Raspberry Shortcake, Almond Strawberry, Almond Raspberry, Tiramisu, Chocolate, Chocolate Peanut Butter, Chocolate Raspberry, Chocolate Tiramisu, Carrot Cake, and Red Velvet.  
 
SPECIALTY PETIT FOURS: 
These petit fours are tall and essentially like a full slice of cake! 4-7 layers of cake with specialty buttercreams, compotes, curds where applicable. Only up to two flavors for each set available. Please allow 4-5 days notice. We make each component separately; from the compotes, curds, creams, and buttercreams. 
Chantilly, Opera, Rainbow, Neapolitan, Doberge, Napoleon. 

Ingredients: 
Almond flour, coconut flour, egg, butter, erythritol, monk fruit, allulose, our own blend of  erythritol/monk fruit/allulose confectionary, salt, aluminum free baking powder, almond milk, buttercream, extracts/flavorings and spices, nuts where applicable, cream cheese buttercream where applicable, cocoa where applicable, berry compote where applicable, cream where applicable.
