Full payment is required for all orders, custom or otherwise before pick up or delivery.
Cancellations are not accepted within 48 hours of scheduled date of pick up or delivery. We are not responsible for any damages after the cake has been dropped off for pick up or delivered. You have 24 hours to pick up your order. You must notify the bakery within 24 hours if a delivery address is changed. Changes might incur an additional charge.
Please review instruction label on product box/bag for proper storage, shelf life and set up. We reserve the right to not take any order, preorder, custom order or otherwise.
***Pick up at Grounded Coffee Cafe located at 1204 Jefferson Hwy, NOLA 70121. We will message you early that morning to remind you of the pick up, and then again once your order is ready for pick up. Please be aware of Grounded’s Business hours.
